At BIAH HQ we work hard to ensure all our products are finished to the highest quality, however we understand that they may not turn out how you expected. BIAH operates a no questions asked returns policy if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason.
We are happy to issue an exchange/refund for clothing that is unused, unwashed and in perfect resalable condition with clothing tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date. (Please note altered or custom orders are strictly non refundable unless the garment is faulty)

– Order Number e.g #10754
– Reason for Return/Exchange
– The item(s) you wish to exchange for (including product name, colour and size) if applicable.
Items must be received by us in the same condition as sent. Any items which appear to have been worn will be returned to the buyer. Refunds will be issued within three working days, but may take 5 working days to show on your Paypal account.
We recommend items are returned via recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Please also note return costs are only reimbursed for faulty items, for which we require photographic evidence of the damage or fault within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Images can be sent to email@example.com
